Invitations are the fun part of wedding planning, I promise. We specialise in creating bespoke stationery and illustrations that are timeless keepsakes you'll treasure for years to come.
Your invitations are the first glimpse your guests will have of your wedding day, setting the tone and building excitement. Our role is to take your ideas, whether they’re detailed or just a rough vision and refine them to create your perfect wedding stationery.
Every couple is unique and has a story to tell, and together, we'll create artwork that reflects your love, style and personality.
How it works

To get started, simply fill out our enquiry form here, so we can understand what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll prepare and send over a personalised quote tailored to your needs.
After you review and accept the quote, we’ll provide a contract for you to sign, along with a request for a 50% deposit to hold your place in our calendar. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.

Once booked, we’ll gather details about your preferences through a questionnaire and also have a 1 hour design consultation so we can understand your wedding style, venue, colours and vision and be specific about any elements you’d like us to include (or avoid!).
We will then create a few initial design concepts for you to review and choose from. Please also note, some aspects from the initial sketches may evolve when we start painting but this will always be discussed with you.

Once approved, we’ll dive into the painting process to bring your vision to life!
During this stage, we’ll check in with you for two feedback rounds, so any adjustments can be made to ensure everything is perfect before printing.

When you’re happy with the final design and have given us your approval, we’ll collect the remaining balance. After that, you’ll receive your high-resolution files, or if you’ve requested printing, we’ll take care of that and have the finished designs delivered directly to you.

Save the dates are usually sent out 8-12 months before the wedding, while formal invitations go out 6-4 months ahead of time. For destination weddings, consider adding a few extra months to these timelines. Ultimately, it’s up to you - think about how much notice your guest may need to join your celebration.

We might be able to make room for your stationery! Availability will depend on our current schedule, and if we can accommodate you but we will always do our best.

Yes, we offer two options for printing! We can handle the printing for you and have your stationery delivered directly to your address, or we can provide you with high-quality digital files so you can print at your own convenience.

At this time, we don’t handle the mailing of your stationery, so this part will be up to you.

Faye Louise Designs retains copyright of all of her artwork. No artwork may be re-sold or used for any other purposes than outlined in your contract.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our calendar and begin the design process.
The deposit is due after you’ve accepted your personalised quote and signed the contract. Once it’s paid, your spot in our calendar is officially secured.
